RestoLine is a Singaporean based company that produces and manufactures specialized PipeGuard™ coating formulations and robotic spray lining systems. RestoLine’s patented tooling and robotic application process will extend the life expectancy of new piping while restoring in-place pipelines to their original operating specification. With 20 years of experience in material development and 12 years of Spray-Lining R&D we have developed a global presence and sales base for PipeGuard™ linings and our proprietary (SIPP) trenchless rehabilitation system.

Equipment and Material Overview:
RestoLine develops and deploys specialized robotic tooling for pipeline maintenance and life extension of both new and compromised piping systems. At present RestoLine has designed and fabricated robotic systems for deployment in pipelines 100 mm – tunnel ⌀'s.
Inspection
In-line inspection tools precisely measure internal and external corrosion, section loss, and other anomalies providing real-time data to support integrity management programs and safety standards.
Surface Preparation:
Automated (UHP) waterblasting tools allow for complete control over all cleaning parameters providing full surface coverage of the pipe wall, ensuring adequate surface profiles are achieved.
Spray Lining
Robotic lining tools maneuver efficiently throughout complex piping systems while evenly distributing Class I – IV PipeGuard™ linings in accordance with ASTM and AWWA standards.
RestoLine provides a design calculation to warrant the liners life expectancy based on the pipelines operating parameters and unique characteristics of the PipeGuard™ liner. Multi-Layer linings can be robotically applied to achieve the structural enhancement coupled with superior abrasion resistance. This unique solution is an ideal prevention method for pipelines with particulate laden flows (>3 m/s) resulting in corrosion and accelerated surface erosion. The structural, temperature, abrasive, and chemical resistant properties of PipeGuard™ extend the pipelines service life and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
