Point Repair Systems:

RestoLine offers a full range of both manual and robotic localized repair options for gravity and pressure piping systems. Our trenchless point repair options are ideal and practical for corroded, pitting and thin - through wall pipe sections in all industries.

External Pipe Wrap

External Pipe Wraps - Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) system that provides a corrosion and chemical resistant structural repair to the compromised pipelines exterior.

  • Adjusts and conforms to inconsistencies and fittings
  • Rapid installation and permanent repair option
  • Restores (MAOP) and requires no hot work

  • Robotic Packer Installation

Fiberglass and PipeGuard™ TR Series epoxy system that is robotically installed in gravity and pressure piping systems when manned entry is not optional.

  • Installation range - ⌀ ‘s 50 mm – 1.4 m
  • Supports pressure exceeding 70 bar
  • Minimal reduction in cross-section
  • Internal Point Repair

PipeGuard™ TR Series epoxy systems are used in conjunction with custom woven carbon fiber fabric to conform and fill in areas of section loss prior to lining.

  • Reduced dwell time for liner build up while coating
  • Provides structural support and backing for the lining
  • Applicable for through and thin wall scenarios

  • Robotic Joint and Weld Coating

For new piping installations our robotic tooling can robotically apply joint and weld coatings that will not only adhere but fuse to the existing lining system.

  • Surface Preparation and Lining in one pass
  • Forms a monolithic lining without seams or gaps
  • QA/QC - DFT and Holidays in the coating
  • End Seal Termination

End seals are installed at pipe joints and in some cases as lining terminations to eliminate the potential of coating delamination or effluent exfiltration.

  • Internal Pressure: 400 PSI and Vacuum
  • NSF / ANSI 61 Certified materials
  • Adjusts for Misalignment and Inconsistencies

  • Robotic Grouting and Patching:

Robotic tooling is equipped with a cartridge and application squeegee, allows for precise control over material dispense rate and grouting with PipeGuard™ Resins.

  • Robotic restoration of cracks, joints and section loss
  • Heated application shield allows for fast retraction
  • Allows for application in non-circular cross-sections

  • Lining and Coating Terminations:

RestoLine designs and manufactures multiple termination options for our spray applied lining and coating installations. The termination method selected is dependent upon the substrate and mating interface between the pipe sections or spools. Once installed, the lining termination will prevent coating delamination in the substrate and crevice corrosion from occurring at the flange faces. Our spray lining termination systems have been lab tested up to 12 m/s and on-site installation with up to 9 m/s velocities without failure.
