RestoLine manufactures and applies internal and external coating systems for anti-corrosion and flow assurance solutions. We specialize in shop / field applied coating applications to enhance and extend the life expectancy of piping systems exposed to harsh and severe environments.
Mobile / Field Systems:
Advanced field units can be quickly mobilized to any project location worldwide. Our blending facilities are located in key regions including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. This eliminates lead-times associated with material delivery, and long term exposure to temperature fluctuation which can affect the end result of the coating system. Our field systems are designed to accommodate two different services, restoration of in-place piping and coating of new piping.
In House / Facility Coating:
RestoLine’s in-house based coating business is focused on custom lining applications for the Asia Pacific Market. Our lining facilities in Singapore are equipped with all of the technological resources and expertise required to maintain the highest standards for coating application projects. RestoLine’s robotic tooling systems ensure a smooth surface finish and even lining distribution for internal / external piping around and through bends, spools, fittings, and valves.

PipeGuard™ SLP
SLP Series primers consist of two component, polymeric or epoxy priming systems. Pre-line application for enhanced bonding properties to increase adhesion.
PipeGuard™ GP Series
GeoPolymer lining system for Gravity piping with exposure to high levels of H26 in environments requiring enhanced corrosive and microbial prohibiting properties.
PipeGuard™ SL5
Rapid curing, high elongation polymeric lining for piping systems that requires excellent erosion resistance, combined with high impact, and chemical resistance.
PipeGuard™ CL Series
Dense Portland mortar cement modified to increase mechanical and structural properties, application process results in a uniform surface finish without undulations.
PipeGuard™ SL6
Rapid curing, structural polymeric lining for piping systems that undergo constant attack from corrosive substances, chemicals, and abrasive fluid transmission.
PipeGuard™ TR Series
TR series encompass a range of epoxy, vinyl & polyester systems for multi-use piping applications. Cure rates and mechanical properties can be altered for processing.
External Coatings:

(1LPR) Single layer external polymeric lining system, designed for anti-corrosion protection in subsea and offshore environments.
PipeGuard™ E2L
(2LPR) Two layer external polymeric lining system, designed for abrasion resistance in service environments for directional drilling.

(3LPR) Three Layer External Polymeric lining system designed for thermal insulation and anti-corrosion properties with variable DFT.
