GeoPolymer Lining System:

PipeGuard™ GP series is a geopolymer mortar system that provides an impermeable monolithic lining with non-leaching antimicrobial properties. The anti-corrosive chemistry of the lining makes it an ideal low cost trenchless solution (CIPP, SPR Alternative) for larger diameter gravity systems that undergo constant attack from high concentrations of h2s.

PipeGuard™ GP Lining:

Our PipeGuard™ GP series lining is reinforced with micro-fiber fillers, upon installation the existing storm or sewer pipe will be structurally rehabilitated with mechanical properties exceeding ASTM F1216. The lining installation prevents chemical attack, sewer overflows, excessive infiltration and associated sink holes from occurring.

    RestoLine’s PipeGuard™ CL Series range from standard portland mortar to modified hybrids for added strength and fused or stand-alone calcium aluminate to enhance chemical and corrosion resistance. Our cementitious lining systems can be robotically applied with a spin cast method (up to 500 mm) or spray applied (1.5 m+) for tunnel ⌀‘s.
